Returning your item for repair at the Guild
As with returns, policy on repairs may vary from maker to maker.
You are always welcome to contact the designer in question, all of their contact details are available on their individual pages
Generally the process is that the item is brought into the Guild and left behind the counter for the person who will be undertaking the repair. It will also be logged in an order book and you will be given a numbered carbon copy to take away. Timeframes for repairs vary, but it is generally in the region of at least a month .
