Jennifer Yates JewelleryJennifer Yates’ work is characterised by strong shapes with a delicate working of surfaces that produce subtle colours.
Jenny uses a variety of jewellery techniques to create her strongly designed pieces out of gold, silver and diamonds. She enjoys incorporating unusual artefacts within her jewellery; such as 1300bc, ancient Egyptian beads, 200 to 300 year old spindle whorls and ancient Roman coins, which means that they can be worn and enjoyed in present times. Part of Jenny’s collection of work includes unusual, asymmetrical gemstone necklaces with handmade silver clasps and often a disc of silver stamped with the names of beaches and places in Cornwall. Her work is of superb quality and is always identifiable as her own. |
